1.All participating owners must register and submit a Participating Application throughthebulldogrepublic.com
2.All participating owners must submit a copy of any and all proof/paperwork of dogadoption from PARTICIPATING RESCUE through The Bulldog Republic website prior to EVENT (deadline is 12/01/2020)
3.All owners must bring any and all proof/paperwork of dog adoption with them to theEVENT.
4.Each animal must be accurately confirmed by registration and ticketing system prior tothe EVENT
5.FAILURE TO COMPLETE STEPS 1-4 WILL RESULT IN A DISQUALIFICATION TOPARTICIPATE AS A RECORD BREAKERDAY OF THE EVENT
:NO PRONG OR SHOCK COLLARS ALLOWEDANIMALS MUST BE IN NATURAL APPEARANCE DURING RECORD BREAKING ATTEMPT(No clothing, jewelry, body modifications - beyond standard grooming - no dying, styling,painting)
1.All animals must remain in their designated sections (same place at the same timefor MINIMUM OF 5 MINUTES)
2.Each section is supervised by a Steward
3.1 Steward for every 50 dogs/animals4.Each section, participating owners, and Steward will be designated by a specificcolor
5.ANYONE WHO LEAVES THEIR DESIGNATED SECTION WILL BE DISQUALIFIED
6.All animals must be accompanied by at least one owner at any and all times
7.ALL ANIMALS INVOLVED MUST BE CARED FOR DURING THE ENTIRETY OF THEEVENT
8.1 entry = 1 dog/animal
9.Dog/animal must be an adult, healthy, and fit (1 year old or older) and must be confirmedby Vet (deadline for notarized submissions 12/01/2020)
10.All participants must maintain arms-width distance from fellow record breakers to allowenough space to move around freely. This will make sure animals are not counted twice.
11.During record attempt, participating owner is permitted to give verbal instructions/cues tothe animal. No physical contact is permitted. WILL LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION
12.Each animal must be accurately confirmed by registration and ticketing system prior tothe EVENT
13.A qualified and certified Vet will confirm and ensure that any and all animals involved inthis attempt do not suffer any harm
14.If animal usually wears any attire (like collar, tags, harness, etc) that is not possible toremove during the record attempt, it must be sent for PRE-APPROVAL prior to the Dayof the EVENT (deadline is 12/01/2020)
15.(continued) If for safe handling, vet must check and approve that it’s fitted comfortably,and that the animal does not suffer any harm. ALL PARTICIPATING OWNERS MUSTSUBMIT NOTARIZED LETTER PRIOR TO EVENT (deadline is 12/01/2020)
STEWARDS1.1 Steward for every section2.Each section will have no more than 50 dogs/animals3.Each section will be color-coded and each steward will wear same color-coded uniform4.Stewards must monitor and supervise their section during the attempt to ensure fullparticipation5.ANY ANIMALS AND/OR PARTICIPATING OWNERS WHO DO NOT PARTICIPATEORADHERE TO THE RULES OR LEAVES THE SECTION DURING THE RECORDATTEMPT WILL BE DISQUALIFIED6.Will be required to write statement of how many total animals/participating owners inyour section, as well as how many disqualified
